Getting Started with the Transport Me App

Download the App

  1. Scan the QR code provided to download the Transport Me App.
  2. Once installed, open the app.
  3. Tap on "New User Sign Up" and follow the prompts to create your account.

 

Live Tracking Your Child’s School Bus

  1. Open the app.
  2. Select Operator: Sapphire Coast Buslines.
  3. Choose your child’s School Bus (Route) Number from the list.

Linking Your Child’s Smartcard

  1. Tap on the Smartcards
  2. Click on “Add your first smartcard”, then select “Use Card UID”

The UID – This is the 14-digit number located on the bottom right corner on the back of your child’s card.

  1. Tap LINK.

You’ll then be prompted to log in with:

  • Username: The SCB Card number, found on the bottom left corner of the card.
  • Password: If it’s your first time logging in, use the temporary password: SCB1234.
  • If you’ve already logged in but forgot your password, tap “Forgot Password” and follow the link sent to your registered email to reset it.
