When you receive a quote from us it does not guarantee a booking. Your booking will be confirmed once we have received your signed acceptance to the quote and have provided you with a booking confirmation via email. All quotes are valid for 7 days. Please refer to the charter terms and conditions for more details.
We accept payment via direct transfer, credit card, cash/cheque. Please refer to your booking confirmation for details.
We do not require a deposit to secure your booking. Full payment must be received no less than 7 days before the first date of travel unless otherwise arranged. Payment terms are strictly upon receipt of invoice.
A security bond of $200 is required for private and group charters. This will cover extra costs associated with cleaning, overtime charges or damage to vehicles. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of Hire.
Sorry, no we do not hire out our buses for personal use (Dry Hire). All charter quotes include one of our fully-maintained coaches and a qualified coach driver.
No, none of our coach/buses have toilet facilities. We will have planned toilet stops according to your itinerary.
All our coaches are air-conditioned and equipped with TV/DVD players, Driver and Guide PA system and Luggage bins.
We ask that you do not eat or drink on the bus. The consumption of alcohol on the bus/coach is strictly prohibited. Extra charges will apply if additional cleaning time is required.
Yes we do, however our drivers are restricted to a maximum 12hrs in a 24 hour period and must comply with the Heavy Vehicle National Law and break regulations.
As a registered travel company, we can also arrange full travel itineraries for groups and schools for bus travel right across Australia.
Yes we do. Our drivers are fully accredited and have completed the Snow Driver Training course permitted to carry passengers in the NSW snowfields.
Any departures that take place 10 minutes or later than the scheduled confirmed pickup time will be charted at a rate of $120 per hour including GST or $30.00 per 15 minutes.
All our semi coaches are fitted with seatbelts and do not allow for standees, Our Low Floor Buses do allow for some standees as do our school buses with bench seats This type of bus can be easier for loading and unloading larger groups and are ideal for short distance charters. Refer to Bus fleet for more details.
Within 24 Hours of departure
Full or part payment as per managers discretion, plus $45 booking Fee
1 or more days for bookings in the local region (80km)
1 or more days for booking out of the region and more than one consecutive day
20% of booking plus $75 booking Fee
At time of Travel
If coach/ buses arrives at the pickup location and are not required and not cancelled, full payment will be invoiced as per booking
Day Tours FAQ’s
Bookings can be made online via the website. Bookings are pending until the minimum number is reached. You will be confirmed via email to confirm the booking and make payment.
We accept direct transfer and credit card payment via stripe (There are no transaction fees incurred)
All tours have a minimum number of people required for us to operate the day tours. Please refer to the individual tour for details.
Yes all day tours and shore excursions include a commentary driver and / or a tour guide.
Yes absolutely, for details on the availability and price please complete the enquiry form within the tour and we will get back to you ASAP.
Within 24 Hours for any reason other than inclement weather, illness/ medical condition or ship doesn’t dock.
75% of the booking will be refunded. Please note in the case of inclement weather the company we will try to find a suitable alternative for the trip/ tour that you are agreeable to if this option is not satisfactory you will be able to gain a full refund.
1 -7 days – 20% of booking
More than 7 days – Full refund
