Group & wedding charter FAQs
When you receive a quote from us it does not guarantee a booking. Once we have received your signed approval of the quote and sent you a booking confirmation via email, your reservation will be confirmed. All quotations are valid for seven days. We accept payment via direct transfer, credit card, cash/cheque. Please refer to your booking confirmation for details.
We do not require a deposit to hold your reservation. Unless otherwise specified, full payment must be paid at least 7 days before the first day of travel. Payment terms are strictly upon receipt of the invoice.
For private and group charters, a $200 security bond is required. This will cover any additional expenditures such as cleaning, overtime, or vehicle damage. Please refer to the Hire Terms & Conditions.
No, we do not rent out our buses for private use (Dry Hire). All charter quotes include a licenced coach driver and one of our well-maintained coaches.
No, none of our coaches or buses have restrooms. We will make planned restroom stops in accordance with your itinerary.
All of our coaches are air-conditioned and come with TV/DVD players, a PA system for the driver and guide and luggage compartments.
We politely ask that you do not eat or drink on the bus. It is strictly prohibited to drink alcohol on the bus or coach. Extra charges will apply if additional cleaning time is required.
Yes, however our drivers are limited to 12 hours of driving in 24 hours and must adhere to the Heavy Vehicle National Law and regulations. As a registered travel company, we can also organise comprehensive travel itineraries for groups and schools for bus travel around Australia.
We certainly do. Our drivers are fully licenced and have passed the Snow Driver Training course, which allows them to transport passengers in NSW's snowfields.
Any departures that take place 10 minutes or later than the scheduled confirmed pick up time will be charted at a rate of $120 per hour including GST or $30.00 per 15 minutes.
All our semi coaches are fitted with seatbelts and do not allow for standees. Our Low Floor Buses, as well as our school buses with bench seats, allow for some standees. This style of bus is perfect for short-distance charters as it's easier to load and unload larger groups.

Day Tour FAQs
Can make reservations online on our website. Bookings will be held until the minimum number is met. You will receive an email to confirm your reservation and make payment.
We accept direct transfer and credit card payment via Stripe (there are no transaction fees incurred).
A minimum number of participants is necessary for all-day excursions for us to operate. For further information, please see the individual tours.
Yes, a commentary driver and/or a tour guide are included on all day trips and shore excursions.
Yes, please complete the enquiry form inside the tour for details on availability and pricing, and we will contact you as soon as possible.
For any cause other than adverse weather, illness/medical condition, or your ship not docking, within 24 hours. A total of 75% of the booking fee will be refunded. Please note that in the event of severe weather, we will make every effort to find a suitable alternative for the trip/ tour that you are comfortable with; however, if this choice is not satisfactory, you will be entitled to a full refund.
