Bus Tickets

You must have a valid bus ticket to board the bus. At the time of booking, you will receive a QR code one-time scan via email. Please present this at your boarding point to obtain your wristband which will allow you unlimited bus travel for the duration of the ticket.
Your bus ticket is not valid for entry to the Event. It is only your ticket for the bus service. The event ticket is a separate ticket that must be purchased and, in your possession, to enter the Event.
You will not be allowed to board a bus if you do not have a ticket or a relevant wristband. If you are intoxicated, you will be denied entry to the buses. You will not be refunded your Bus ticket if this occurs.

Cancellations

In the event we cancel a service, you will have the option to select a different time (if applicable) or receive a refund. Cancelled buses will be notified, in advance prior to the event.

Refunds

No ticket refunds will be granted for any reason except where required by law. This event is an all-weather event and will go ahead rain, hail or shine..

Ticket Types

Merimbula Loop Buses – These buses will operate on a continuous loop departing on the hours.  Please refer to the timetable for the approximate departure times and locations.  These tickets are sold as a daily or 3 day pass.

Bega / Kalaru / Tathra / Tura Beach & Eden Buses – These buses run on a timetabled service.  Please refer to the timetable for the approximate departure times and locations.  These tickets are sold as a daily or 3 day pass.

Terms and Conditions

  1. No food, beverages (not limited to alcohol), or illegal substances are allowed on board the bus.
  2. No smoking or vaping (use of e-cigarettes)is allowed on the bus.
  3. All persons must be seated on the bus on available seats. No banging or other action damaging the bus, its contents or otherwise is allowed. Misbehaviour during the use of the festival shuttle and/or damage to a bus can lead to the removal of your festival ticket (and prohibition from entering the festival) as well as the intervention of local police authorities.
  4. Do not dispose of any litter on the bus.
  5. Seating is on a first come first serve basis. All seats on the bus need to be filled up in order for the scheduled service to depart.
  6. You are to present your festival bus ticket or wristband in order to board the bus. Persons without a festival bus ticket or wristband will not be allowed to board the bus.
  7. The Festival Shuttle runs on a scheduled service. Whilst we make every effort to provide an on-time service there is no guarantee that the departure and arrival times vary due to extenuating circumstances. Timings may be delayed due to but not limited to weather; traffic and/or road closures/conditions; delays as a result of increased waiting time for the bus to leave due to the number of passengers on board and/or passengers creating delays to board (due to party size, disposal of unauthorised items on the bus) and/or delays; mechanical issues with the vehicle; security issues; disobedience from passengers; and/or any other extenuating circumstances beyond the organisers’ control.
  8. Operators are not responsible for missed transportation or arrival to/from the festival at a specific time on the timetable and adhering to the timetable. It is advisable to plan ahead of time to avoid disappointment should there be any delays in the arrival to/from the festival.
  9. The operator reserve the right to reschedule, cancel, change and/or amend part of the schedule and operation of the festival shuttle as may be necessary.
  10. The operator are not directly or indirectly liable for personal items brought on board the bus whether lost, stolen, damaged or otherwise whilst on board the vehicle.
