Sapphire Coast Buslines management works closely with staff to ensure that services offered are first-class and suit the needs of the ever-changing moving public.
Our staff members are our most important asset.
We ensure safety and comfort for all our bus passengers and meet our stringent quality control requirements by providing professional training for all staff including our bus drivers and administration, workshop and operational staff.
Bus and coach drivers are fully qualified and chosen for their impeccable driving skills, their friendly approach in liaising with passengers, their knowledge of the region and their commitment to the bus transport services that Sapphire Coast Buslines offers. Bus drivers undergo training programs in Transport and Distribution and Customer Service and all have a Driver Authority which ensures they have been trained in all aspects of bus driving.
Sapphire Coast Buslines holds accreditation with the NSW Government which ensures that bus and coach operators adhere to strict policies in relation to vehicle maintenance, safety management, drug and alcohol policy, service provision and driver training.
SCB recognises that people with disabilities or special needs have the same rights of access to bus services as any other customer. We have an action plan in place compliant with the DDA Act, this document can be viewed upon request.
