Flexibus On Demand Customer Survey

It’s time for you to have your say and explain what the On-Demand service means to you!

For all our valued on-demand customers, we would like to inform you that in the next few weeks you will receive an SMS from Transport NSW with a customer survey. We would love you to take a few minutes to tell them what you think of our service.

The pilot program will continue for the next 12 months, but the continuation of On Demand beyond this will depend heavily on the feedback received. This is not a compulsory survey, and you can be sure that your private information will not be shared.
