Join Sapphire Coast Day tours to the Macenmist Truffle Farm located just outside the village of Bredbo an excellent producer of the Black Perigord Truffle 

Discover the fascination of the Black Perigord Truffle, learn about how they grown, how to harvest and how to clean and use them.

Then partake in the archaeological event and watch Fahren and Tawdiffu display their amazing olfactory skills discovering truffle.

After the truffle hunt, it’s time to temp the taste buds and sample one of the worlds most sort after flavours.  Sit back, relax and enjoy your two-course truffle inspired luncheon complimented by Macenmist preservative-free wine.
